Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage and we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped to locations within the continental United States. If you would like to purchase The Peanutshell products to be shipped to a location outside of the continental United States, please email your request to us at customerservice@farallonbrands.com and we will be glad to assist you with your order.
We strive to ship all new orders within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order and another email when your order ships containing the tracking number shipping carrier. Please use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
If you have any problems with delivery or have not received your order as scheduled, please contact us at customerservice@farallonbrands.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Any claims relating to delivery issues that are made more than 14 days after expected delivery, may be denied.
Other Shipment Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at customerservice@farallonbrands.com immediately if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect item received. We will work to dispatch a replacement shipment as soon as we have gathered your information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Items received as gifts are eligible for exchange only.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@farallonbrands.com. You must provide the following information : Name, Order Number, Item(s) to return, and reason for return.
We will respond to your request and, if eligible for return, we will provide an RMA number.
Please include the RMA number for reference in your return package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please write your RMA Number on the shipping label/package and/or include a copy of your original packing slip in the return package. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
When we receive your return, we will inspect it and, if it is undamaged, unused, unworn and in original packaging, then we will process a refund to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you shipped your return back to us, please contact us at customerservice@thepeanutshell.com so that we can check on the status of your return processing.
The Peanutshell Purchases From Other Sellers
If you purchased your item from another online store or from one of our retailer partner stores, please contact the seller for information regarding their return and exchange policies. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from other sellers.
